Any significant changes to the agreed scope or price will be communicated to the customer before additional work is performed, where reasonably possible.

Weather conditions;

Material availability;

Supplier delays;

Site conditions;

Permit or inspection requirements;

Unforeseen construction issues; or

Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

GRANKI Global will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant schedule changes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and notifying GRANKI Global of any known conditions that may affect the project.

The customer should also ensure reasonable access to the property and work areas during scheduled work.

Customers may be responsible for removing or relocating personal belongings, decorations, furniture, plants, vehicles, or other items that could interfere with the work.

5. Materials and Product Availability

Materials are subject to manufacturer availability and supplier inventory.

Where a specified product, colour, style, or material becomes unavailable, GRANKI Global may discuss reasonable alternatives with the customer.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.

6. Payments

Payment terms, deposits, progress payments, and final payment requirements will be communicated to the customer before or during the project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, amounts owing for completed work are payable according to the agreed payment schedule.

Additional work requested by the customer may result in additional charges.

7. Changes and Cancellation

Customers should contact GRANKI Global as soon as possible if they need to modify or cancel a scheduled project.

Cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to costs already incurred, including materials ordered specifically for the project, supplier charges, labour, or other non-refundable expenses.

Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated to the customer.

8. Workmanship and Warranty

GRANKI Global aims to provide professional workmanship and installation services.

Any workmanship warranty offered for a particular project will be specified in the customer's agreement, estimate, invoice, or other written documentation.

Product warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, accidents, extreme conditions, structural movement, or circumstances outside GRANKI Global's control.

9. Property Conditions

Exterior renovation work may reveal pre-existing issues that were not visible before work began, including damaged sheathing, framing, moisture damage, rot, mould, structural deficiencies, or other concealed conditions.

If such conditions are discovered, additional work or materials may be required. Where reasonably possible, GRANKI Global will inform the customer before proceeding with additional chargeable work.
